The new season of “NCIS” has been going relatively well, even though some fans were initially disappointed by some of the minor changes to the formula that were introduced. According to some, the show has lost a bit of its charm by becoming so overly invested in some specific themes, but this might have been a necessary change as the ratings of the production could use some improvement lately. In any case, the current season is not bad at all according to the majority, and it looks like the dramatic developments aren’t over at all.
Coming up soon, Abby is going to get herself in trouble during the course of her investigation, and she will find herself trapped with no way out. She was on the trail of a very interesting murder, as a person who was initially believed to have died in an accident actually turned out to have been killed, but the circumstances were very questionable and she is finding it harder and harder to make sense of the trail.
And despite her experience, she decides to go at it alone, facing possibly harsh consequences. That’s exactly what happens in the end as she gets trapped and her life is in danger, and while we don’t know how she is going to make her way out of this mess, it’s obvious that the writers have something in store for her that will probably shake fans up quite a bit. She will also need to be very careful with her communication with the person responsible for her trapping, as it will turn into a hostage situation and she will be tasked with the safety of everyone else.
On the other hand, the show is getting a surprise guest appearance by a celebrity. Terry Gonzalez, known from his career in the NFL, will appear in the same episode in a guest role, and he will be playing an actual Special Agent. We don’t know exact details about his role on the show but we suspect that the producers are planning something more special for hm.
It’s great to see that the show is getting recognized by prominent celebrities, and the inclusion of Terry Gonzalez should definitely add a little extra to the ratings of the production, although of course this also depends on how well the player is going to perform the role and how suitable he is for it in the first place. According to industry rumors however, we can expect a solid performance and something that will shake up the fans a bit, but on the positive side.
Other than that, we don’t know much about what’s coming up in the next episodes of “NCIS”, but we expect that the show is going to introduce even more interesting additions to both its cast as well as plot. There are tons of possibilities for the producers to explore, and they have been working very hard to improve the quality of the production and help it survive for a bit longer.
At this point though, the show has been on the screen for quite a while and it’s gone through some ups and downs. Lately it’s been picking back up in popularity and performance, but some critics claim that the producers can probably do even better than that and explore some additional topics that they have been pushing to the background. That seems to be a controversial opinion among some fans who want to see the show continuing with its original style as much as possible.
