FIFA 16 Being Compared To PES 2016 And Coming Out On Top!

FIFA 16 was just released this month and to say that gamers have been waiting a while to play it would be an understatement. The game was announced earlier this year and since then, gamers have been waiting around to see what the game was going to bring to the table. Knowing that it was going to be compared to PES 2016, developers tried to keep information under a watchful eye with hopes of surprising gamers with something they can write home about.

Judging by the reviews of the game, the developers did a great job with FIFA 16. This time around it was developed for release on thee Playstation 3, Playstation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows platforms. For those that would rather play the game on a mobile device, applications for iOS and Android were also released at the same time. One thing that was noticed right away was the fact that FIFA 16 is the first in the series to include woman players.

Another first is the fact that the cover photo was left to popular vote, which brought gamers even closer to the game as they watched with hopes that their first place vote was a favorite player. The female players are from twelve teams including the United States, Brazil, Canada and France. The game features more than fifty real-world stadiums, with a grand total of 78 to play the game in. The different modes that you can play were adjusted as well.

There is now a training mode that you can use during Career Mode, giving you a shot to develop players careers without having to put them into any game situations. Skill games were added to help with the training, this allows you to grab a player and develop them with focus on a specific skill set. All of these things are great and bring a good amount of depth to the game, but one reviewer thought the developers forgot one thing. The fun seemed to be left out of the game and that was causing a problem or two for those that reviewed it.

On the other hand, many were happy to see the FIFA 16 was serious enough to keep the game real and competitors are likely going to be happy with that end of the deal. Leaving the “fun” out of the game might mean one thing for you and a different thing for your friend, but basically it was attributed to the fact that scoring goals is a lot harder than it should be. People that play games want to see points, scores and a notice a clear winner at the end. If you cannot score a goal, that part of the experience is not going to be received very well.
