A new documentary titled “Katy Perry: Making of Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime Show” premiered the past weekend at the La Costa Film Festival and judging by initial reactions of those who got to watch it first, it is amazing.

At one point, it showed the 30-year-old singer getting nervous before her act. Katy performed her famous songs during the show with special participations from Lenny Kravitz and rapper Missy Elliot. There is still no word yet if Mandalay Sports Media and NFL will make this documentary available on the small screens in the near future.
As for the singer herself, it looks like she’s enjoying being the life of the party these days and it looks like she’s currently living one of her songs, “Teenage Dream.”
Recently, the “Waking Up in Vegas” hitmaker made news when she was photographed posing with a mermaid wearing black latex. Katy herself looked incredibly sexy while smoking hookah in the poolside.
The singer shared the photo on her Instagram and captioned it ‘Permaid’. The term is a combination of Persian and mermaid and it is an ongoing public art project by photographer Aeschleah DeMartino and fashion designer Nicolette Mishkan, E! Online reports.
Earlier in the week, the “Smurfs” actress arrived at the Hollywood Chinese Theater wearing a plunging black dress with a thigh-high slit for her foot and handprint ceremony. US Weekly reports that because of her revealing attire, the “Thinking of You” singer almost had a wardrobe malfunction when she knelt down for her hand and foot on the wet cement. After she lifted her hands, her dress rode up and almost gave onlookers an eyeful. The good thing is that she managed to saved herself from that wardrobe disaster on time.
The Super Bowl XLIX halftime show performer’s recent sightings come on the heels of her scruffier weekend during this year’s Burning Man Arts and Music Festival in the Black Rock Desert, Nevada.
She shared a lot of moments from the event including one in which she showed her lack of skills in riding a Segway during the eight-day event. Good thing her father, Keith Hudson, was there to teach her. The “Dark Horse” singer uploaded a video of her cool dad showing off his Segway skills.
Last month, the two-time Emmy Award winner was spotted flaunting some major cleavage at Matthew Morrison’s Broadway show followed by more partying with her friend “Unfaithful” singer Rihanna at the Raven Night Club in New York City just a few days after.
Judging by how Katy is enjoying her life these days, it’s pretty clear that everybody wants to be her friend. Everybody except for Taylor Swift, that is. Movie New Guide reports that Swift has rekindled her feud with Perry.
