‘Dance Moms’ Will Not See the Return of Chloe Lukasiak Even if Maddie Ziegler Does Not Come Back for Season 6!

Contrary to rumors that she is planning to make a comeback in time for Season 6 of the American dance competition reality show “Dance Moms” on Lifetime, Chloe Lukasiak says that she is happy with her current dance studio, Studio 19, and is not entertaining any notion of leaving anytime soon.

In a recent video shown at the Teen Choice Awards, Chloe gave an emotional speech about overcoming negativity and believing in herself, which was an indirect swipe at “Dance Moms” dance leader Abby Lee Miller for nearly taking the fight out of her in Season 4 of the reality show, notes the International Business Times of India.

Chloe ended her message with #provethemwrong which only showed that she has an axe to grind against Abby Lee Miller and the show itself and would certainly not return even if reports are true that her direct competitor Maddie Ziegler would not be coming back for Season 6.

Lukasiak also disclosed during the same interview that everyone at Studio 19 is always smiling and she finds it really fun there. She added that even when the dance leader and instructors give corrections and critiques, the people are doing it nicely so she had the best time.

That is obviously in stark contrast to the kind of harsh verbal treatment she got from Abby Lee Miller during Season 4 prompting her to exit the show after having had enough of the strenuous and stressful situation.

Destroying children’s dreams

Moviepilot believes that “Dance Moms” has outlived its purpose after Season 4 as Season 5 focused more on Abby Lee Miller building her dance empire and no longer about children’s dreams of winning.

The show was entertaining to watch during its first four seasons under a plotline of a harsh dance teacher pushing her students to perfection.

But in Season 5, “Dance Moms” has obviously lost steam. Instead of focusing on the goal of winning, the children were subjected to a lot of embarrassment. Instead of celebrating her dancer-students, Abby Lee Miller loves nothing more than destroying their dreams.

Because of her surging popularity, the show became centered on Maddie so when she’s not performing well, the other dancers take the fall for her, thus overlooking the major strides made by her sister Mackenzie and Nia Sioux Frazier, who are the real bright spots in the show.

Obviously, both Abby Lee Miller and the show have overlooked the fact that it was the children who made the show so endearing to the viewers and the sad part is that some mothers also got carried away with the misdirected intentions of the dance leader and “Dance Moms.”

A threat to Abby’s post

Dance choreographer Cathy Nesbitt-Stein and her daughter Vivi-Anne decided to quit the second half of Season 5 of “Dance Moms” because the filming hours for the show run in conflict with her schedules on her Candy Apples Dance Center.

She said that it was a very busy time for her studio at that time that is why she had to quit the show as a matter of business decision. She explained that she also has a business to run and she does not feel comfortable leaving her clientele alone. That’s in addition to the fact that she is also the one producing the show.

However, now that she has able to come up with a viable schedule for her dance choreography teaching lessons on her own studio, Cathy expressed her willingness to return to Season 6 of “Dance Moms.”

Nesbitt-Stein said that she would really love to appear on Season 6 of “Dance Moms” in whatever capacity she can contribute to the show because she absolutely enjoyed doing it.

She said that if the show producers could do something that the cast members of “Dance Moms” return to her studio to film some of its future episodes, she and her daughter would definitely be interesting in participating again.
