Family planning is certainly out of the minds of celebrity couple Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, but there is a chance that the current pregnancy of the 34-year-old reality star may be her last, according to her doctors.
Kim Kardashian is now five months pregnant with a baby boy, her second child with Kanye, following their two-year-old daughter North. The reality star is due to give birth this coming December.
In an interview with C magazine, which she honored by agreeing to be its cover girl for its 10th anniversary issue, Kim Kardashian talked about possible health problems that she has to contend with after giving birth to her second child, notes Yahoo! Style.
The reality star recalled that she suffered from placenta accreta during her first pregnancy with daughter North. Placenta accreta is a condition wherein the placenta attaches abnormally to the uterine wall.
According to Kim that based on her doctors’ prognosis, there’s a good chance that she may likely develop the same abnormal condition after her second child delivery.
She disclosed that her doctors told her that she might have a relapse of the placenta accreta again. So if the placenta grows a little bit deeper than it did the last time, she revealed that her doctors will have no other recourse but to remove her uterus.
Kim says that she finds it a little scary but she does not want to be weigh down by such thought considering that she is very pregnant and any negative thought would surely affect the health of the baby currently inside her womb.
But as a matter of reality check, she says that she and husband Kanye are going on a day to day basis and see how everything turns up after the baby delivery. She is actually worried, not of the possible surgery, but of the thought of not being able to carry another child again.
That is precisely the reason why the reality star has not been doing a lot of selfies on her social media account the way she used to lately. Because the thought has somewhat changed her mood, but she is still hopeful that everything will turn up fine and she could get back to her old self once again.

Despite being five months pregnant, Kim Kardashian still proudly showed off her curves while on a holiday in St. Barbs on August 27, along with equally gorgeous 59-year-old mother Kris Jenner, details the Daily Mail.
The outlet described Kim looking very incredible as she showcased her pregnant belly while wearing a skimpy gold triangle which had tie sides.
She also wore her black hair falling down past her shoulders. With the sun getting hotter, she paired her two-piece suit with a chic duster coat. She was seen spending much of her time on the beach with daughter North.
Kim was in good company on the day as she spent some time with her adorable first-born child, two-year-old North.
North was wearing a white swimming costume under denim shorts with her hair tied up one top of her head. She later appeared to be having the time of her life as she walked around on the beach and played in the sea along with her cousins, Mason and Penelope, children of Kourtney Kardashian.
For her part, Kris Jenner really looked a lot younger than her age when she was spotted wearing a black two-piece which showed off her incredible abs. She covered up in a black sheer kimono and carried a white sunhat in her hand as she strolled around the beach.
The group was Kim’s sister Kourtney, as well as the make-up artist, Joyce Bonelli, who is also a close friend of the pregnant star and her family.
