From one NBA player to another NBA player, or better yet, from an NBA star to an NBA superstar, that seems to be where the relationship of reality star Kourtney Kardashian is heading these days following reports that she was sighted on July 4 in the company of Houston Rockets superstar guard James Harden.
According to The Daily Beast the 31-year-old Khloe is now dating James Harden, known for his prodigious beard, and also dubbed as ‘The Barber’ in the NBA. He was also an MVP contender during the just-concluded NBA season but lost to Golden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry.
James and Khloe were reportedly seen partying and acting quite romantic at the Encore Beach Club at the Wynn’s Encore Hotel on July 4 at Las Vegas while taking in a DJ set by Zedd.
The event was also attended by Rumer Willis, the “Dancing with the Stars” Season 20 champion, former NBA player Rick Fox, rap producer Jermaine Dupri, and DJ superstar Deadmau5.
Both Khloe Kardashian and James Harden or their representatives have yet to confirm or deny reports that the two are currently dating.
Dousing cold water
The news of the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” reality star dating James Harden would douse cold water on any attempts to rekindle the relationship of Khloe Kardashian with her ex-husband Lamar Odom.
There have been reports that Khloe recently suffered a meltdown during Kanye West’s basketball-themed birthday party celebration because it reminded the reality star of her ex-husband, whom she married in 2009 and divorced in 2013. The divorce was never finalized and both Khloe and Lamar have been in the middle of reconciliation rumors ever since, details Thy Black Man.
Back in April, there were reports saying that Khloe was not yet ready to divorce Lamar that is why she let the court simply threw away her filing.
A new tattoo for her birthday?
Khloe Kardashian marked her 31st birthday last month and she was spotted in a tattoo shop. Subsequently, she went on to spend the day celebrating her birthday with family and friends.
The reality star was spotted at West Hollywood’s Tattoo Mania with her friends Malike Haqq and Khadija Haqq but it is not clear whether Khloe had a new tattoo or not.
But since the crew of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” were behind them, it is likely that the answer will be known once the show airs on the E! channel later this year.
Khloe has several existing tattoos on her body, the most prominent of which is on her right hand as it features the initial of her ex-husband. She also has the phrase ‘I love you’ tattooed across her wrist. But the text was in the handwriting of her late father Robert Kardashian Sr, who died of cancer in 2003. She also has a tramp stamp on her lower back where the word ‘Daddy’ appears written on top of a cross.
Before her divorce filing was thrown out by the court, Khloe Kardashian was actually given until the end of April to finalize her divorce papers she submitted two years ago against her former husband.
The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” reality star and fashion TV host has been having difficulty deciding on whether she would pursue the filing of her divorce with ex-husband Lamar Odom especially after the filing marked its first year in December last year.
While it was understood that she can go on with the divorce filing procedure even if Lamar does not show up in court, it appears that Khloe has been having second thoughts on whether to go on with it or just stay married with Lamar.
