Fallout 4 is coming very soon and according to Bethesda Game Studios, the game is set to be released on the tenth of November of this year. The game is an action role-playing game that sets players in an open world format where they will be able to see and play with others from anywhere in the world. Fallout 4 is the fifth installment to the video game series and will be released for the Playstation 4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows for those that would rather play a game like this on the PC.
For months, fans of the video game series have been wondering what the gameplay was going to be like. As of right now, it has been revealed that Fallout 4 will play similar to the third game in the series. If you are not aware of how the gameplay was in that game, the main feature is that the camera can switch from first person to third person view. In this game, however, the gameplay is supposed to be more appealing to gamers.
Base-building, split-piece armor, dynamic dialog and craft system are all included in the new game and should add to the overall appeal to gamers that have been playing the game since it was first released. For those that are wondering if Fallout 4 was going to have similar enemies, reports indicate that ghouls, ghosts, super-mutants, rats and raiders will be included in the game format. An enemy called Dogmeat will also be included and the main feature here is that it is incapable of dying.
The appeal of the open world map system in games like this is very high as gamers are allowed to travel anywhere, talk to anyone or decide not to talk to certain people. Customized weapons, power armor and in game objects you can select, will keep players busy for hours at a time, that is the hope at least. Bethesda Game Studios says that it wanted the announcement for the game to be more than a “normal” announcement. With just five months to wait, fans have been taking to the internet with hopes of finding any information about the game they possibly can.
In most cases, a brand new game is announced a year or two before the release date in order to create a bunch of buzz for it before release. Bethesda has chosen to wait until five months before the release and it could just be that they are very confident in Fallout 4 and how it will be received. Even though there is a short time for Bethesda to create some buzz, the studio does have a large fan base that has been waiting to hear more about the game, which will help them add to the buzz.
