The next installment to the first-person shooter spy thriller video game “Call of Duty: Black Ops” officially titled “Call of Duty: Black Ops 3” will have a zombies story mode based on an off-screen image of the game making the rounds in the internet these days showing a zombie menu, notes WCCF Tech.
The zombie mode should be great for the game, whose developer Treyarch Studios is still working overtime to improve its graphics, as well as the possible addition of mod tools and some more game options.
Mark Lamia, head of Treyarch Studios, in a recent interview, said that the developer aims to make all three versions of the “Call of Duty: Black Ops 3” very good, referring to the platforms where the game will be rolling out on November 6, 2015, namely, the PC, the Xbox One, and the PlayStation 4.
He added that the 300 employees of Treyarch Studios are now working very hard just to ensure that PC gamers get the best possible experience playing “Call of Duty: Black Ops 3.” Lamia said that they want to dispel the notion that the PC version of their game is just good for second place.
Treyarch Studios and game publisher Activision have already opened the pre-order page for “Call of Duty: Black Ops 3” which would grant the gamer access to beta, which will come out soon.
Surprise at E3 2015
Treyarch Studios and Activision will be further whetting fan appetite on “Call of Duty: Black Ops 3” by planning to unravel a surprise in the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) 2015 to be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center on June 16 to 18.
Game design director David Vonderhaar let loose on the planned reveal in his tweets wherein he said that fans should get ready for a surprise in the coming E3 2015.
He also mentioned that the surprise had him smiling and giving his thumbs up and that he can hardly wait to show it to the fans. He ended his post by saying that he has to go back to the lab and continue working.
Redeeming the franchise
The “Call of Duty” video game franchise has been the subject of various criticisms over the pas few years and it only got some sort of redemption with the release last year of the “Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.”
So gamers are really excited and interested on what surprise that Treyarch Studios will be pulling off on the “Call of Duty: Black Ops 3” fans come the E3 2015.
Players are also awaiting the release of the first multiplayer beta version of the game and speculations are now rife that it could possibly be unravelled by the game developer in August although there has not been an official confirmation or statement from Treyarch Studios about it.
