Jennifer Aniston has been very active in social media lately, and the actress has been enjoying a lot of attention from her fans as well. Just recently, she shared a picture to show off how much she has changed since her days before she even worked on “Friends”, and her fans have been commending her on doing a great job preserving her looks and authentic charm. She has indeed managed to retain a lot of her original beauty, even though she has also changed her style quite a bit since then.
In the old photo, we can see her in a long dress with a floral pattern, and sporting long, dark hair. She’s posing next to a friend of hers, and they’re both dressed quite stylishly for the period during which the photo was taken, especially regarding the floral dresses which were enjoying a lot of popularity back then.
Jennifer Aniston didn’t actually specify when exactly the photo was taken, nor did she want to reveal the identity of her blonde friend, but many of her fans have assumed that the photo was taken before the period of “Friends”, judging by her hairstyle, clothing and overall appearance.
It’s interesting to see her sporting darker hair, because we’re certainly not used to that style in her nowadays, and her hair appeared noticeably fuller than today too, freely flowing over her shoulders and falling down in waves. She was also a bit darker toned in her skin back then, but she still liked to dress slightly extravagantly and draw attention.
Aniston has also been sharing some of her tips for staying in a shape as good as hers. She gave an insight into her current dieting habits and healthy lifestyle, and revealed what kind of work goes into maintaining her figure.
She posted pictures of a breakfast full of eggs, apparently coming from the chickens she’s raising together with her fiancé Justin Theroux. She didn’t use her own Instagram account though, as we’re well aware that she doesn’t like to be very active in social media in general, but instead briefly took over the one for “Living Proof” and used it for her little blast from the past.
Jennifer Aniston is generally not that open to sharing her life on social media, and this was a rare occurrence for her, something which her fans seemed to enjoy a lot. She’s an actress who realizes the importance of staying in touch with her fans though, so we’ll probably see more of her in the future once she realizes the popularity of her current posts.
