Apple iPhone 7 Rumored to Come with Voice Unlocking and more Durable Design!

Apple have been hard at work on the new iPhone 7, and while the company is yet to say anything official about the device, we’ve been getting plenty of rumors and alleged insider reports. More and more information about the phone has been surfacing, and so far it’s shaping up to be a very important release in the smartphone market, as it’s set to bring some great changes to the line.

Among the most recent rumors about the iPhone 7 is one that claims the device will support voice unlocking, after Apple applied for a patent for speech recognition technology for the purpose of unlocking a handheld device. This will apparently be a new way to bypass the standard TouchID lock, as well as the slide-to-unlock screen, and will allow users to unlock their device faster and more conveniently, without using their hands either – something which could prove crucial for capturing the market of fitness enthusiasts, who have been using mobile devices more and more.

Apple have also apparently taken note of the whole scandal that surrounded the iPhone 6 and its bending problems, and the new device is being made with a much better durability in mind, hopefully resolving that issue once and for all and preventing another “bendgate” scandal. The iPhone 6 faced a lot of controversy over this issue, and it definitely affected the name of the brand for some people, so hopefully Apple will manage to earn back their fans’ trust with the release of the iPhone 7.

Other details have been popping up here and there, and while there are countless rumors about the iPhone 7 so far, few can be called plausible as they tend to come and go. Only a few rumors end up getting repeated more than once, and the ones above have been among the more prominent ones.

The iPhone 7 should definitely feature some revolutionary new technology in order to captivate the hearts of the company’s users, according to many critics. People have started to lose interest in Apple recently, as the company has been innovating less and less, relying more on their past success instead. And while this kind of strategy could serve them well for a while, it’s definitely not very sound in the long term and could lead to problems for the giant.

With that in mind, it’s probably safe to assume that they’ll put a little more effort into the iPhone 7 and make sure that the device truly stands out on the market. This will be especially important today, with so many other noteworthy devices coming out from all sides and stealing the spotlight from Apple.
