The recent iPhone 6 Plus bending phenomenon has taken the world by surprise and the fact that the Cupertino legacy claimed that the phone is composed out of the hardest materials available is all the more fascinating. Never mind, we are just going to remember it as an epic fail, from Apple. But, would you like to see a bendable iPhone 7? No, right? That is a priority in our iPhone 7 wish list.
It’s not been too long since the launch of the Apple iPhone 6 and 6 Plus, but the internet is already abuzz with speculations as to what Apple might be cooking in their next iPhone installment. The iWatch released recently, and there is only one word to describe the device – enthralling.
A few of the features that we see in the iWatch are absent in the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus. We guess that these attributes might just be added to the iPhone 7, whenever it releases in the future.
One cool feature of the iWatch is the touch sensitivity function on the screen. If you touch the display, even in the lightest way possible, the screen interprets the actions in a particular manner. But, if you hard press the screen, the watch interprets your actions differently again. It is much like the single-click and double-click functionalities in the PC. We think that Apple just might include this feature in the iPhone 7.
The iWatch also features a sapphire display. Sapphire, if you are not aware off, is the second hardest transparent substance after diamond. For some unknown reason, the developers did not incorporate the sapphire display in the iPhone 6. Maybe they did not want to scale-up the already hyped up cost. We can hope that by the time the iPhone 7 launches there will be a considerable drop in prices so that technology such as “Sapphire Glass” can be used in the top-end models as well.
We can see that all smartphone brands are slowly enhancing their front cameras to adapt to the latest selfie-obsessed generation. However, Apple is still stuck with its 1.2 MP front camera. Let’s hope that the year 2014 will be an eye opener for Cupertino, and they will at least give a 3 MP front camera if not a 5 MP on the upgraded version.
We can also expect wireless charging on the iPhone 7, as Samsung has already introduced it in some of their models. Considering that Apple already won a wireless charging patent this year, we might see its implementation in the future iPhone models for sure.
