Queen Bey is reportedly throwing fits of jealousy lately after she found out that pop singer Rihanna has a private hotline to her husband, hip hop artist Jay Z.
Although it has been going around lately that Rihanna has been dating Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio, Beyonce still cannot control herself from getting upset over the private communication line between her husband and the “Diamond” singer.
It’s bad enough for Beyonce that there is an exclusive private line between Jay Z and Rihanna but it’s even worse when she started realizing the intensity of communication on the private line between the two, reports Yahoo! News.
A source close to Jay Z disclosed to a British magazine recently that the hip hop artist has several mobile phones, one of which he keeps especially for Rihanna. But the relationship was not really romantic sort of thing but more on discussing business interests. Beyonce appears to doubt that.
Debt of gratitude
Rihanna may be showing signs of her debt of gratitude to Jay Z for helping her launch her music career back in 2005 and the two have remained quite close ever since.
Speaking of business interest, Rihanna is also part of the Jay Z-initiated artist-owned music streaming service Tidal, whose majority share is owned by Jay Z and Beyonce.
What also makes Beyonce become suspicious is the fact that when Rihanna calls Jay Z, the hip hop artist will stop everything he is doing just to accommodate and talk to the “FourFiveSeconds” pop singer. Jay Z would even put on hold his ongoing meeting or walk away from the dinner table just to speak with Rihanna.
Queen Bey has long been aware of the many mobile phones of Jay Z. It was only when she discovered that Rihanna has a special hotline to her husband, that the “Single Ladies” singer became livid. A source close to Beyonce disclosed that she absolutely hates how close they are, but somehow she is helpless to do anything about the situation.
Keeping the distance
During the official launching of the artist-owned streaming service Tidal last week in New York,.Beyonce and Rihanna have reportedly kept their distance between them that day despite of the fact that they did pose for photos together during the event.
The insider revealed that Queen Bey is a peacemaker by nature and the last thing she wants is to cause furor while the spotlight is on Tidal, their latest business venture.
But Beyonce still feels frustrated that Jay Z refuses to accept that there is something not right about his friendship with Rihanna, added the source.
In addition to Jay Z and Beyonce, who own the majority share of the Tidal, other music artists who were convinced to partake of the business venture include Madonna, Alicia Keys, Kanye West, Rihanna, and several others.
