If all the recent wedding plans and preparations being made by Hollywood actress Jennifer Aniston with a hotel manager in LA are any indications, then it is likely that the former “Friends” star will be walking down the aisle soon with long-time fiancée Justin Theroux.
Reports have it that Aniston has been in constant communication for quite some time now with her favorite Hollywood hotel manager to help her organize her wedding.
Jennifer and Justin have been engaged since 2012 and sources close to the couple reveal that the two are indeed tying the knot very soon.
But instead of hiring or commissioning a top wedding planner, that Hollywood stars of her stature normally do, Jennifer has decided instead to solicit the help of her good friend Dimitri Dimitrov, the maitre d at Sunset Tower Hotel in Los Angeles, California.
Jen has apparently asked Dimitri to help organize her special day. As long-time friend to the actress, Dimitri could not refuse or say no so he gamely agreed to help Jennifer out with all the plans and preparations.
A source close to the actress revealed that the actress has spent a large amount of time in the past at Sunset Tower Hotel that is why she and Dimitri have become close friends. In fact, Dimitri takes the extra effort of escorting her in and out the back entrance of the hotel so Jennifer can escape the attention and the hounding of the paparazzi.

Now reports have it that Dimitri has also enlisted the help and expertise of the hotel’s chef, Leo, to take care of the food for the wedding reception.
However, both are supposedly binded by a confidentiality agreement so nobody would know that they are doing a wedding for Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux until the very last minute to guarantee complete privacy, which the actress requested from Dimitri.
The Russian maitre d is now overseeing everything to make sure that the wedding would be perfect.
Dimitri Dimitrov is regarded as Hollywood’s most famous maitre d. He is also up to date with the latest buzz in US show business since he reads tabloids and magazines to get insights on the latest celebrity news including fall outs so that he would be able to avoid any awkward dinner seating at A-list events, cites Yahoo! News.
While both Jennifer and Justin have yet to come out with an official statement regarding their wedding, the matrimonial rites is said to be happening this coming autumn. The wedding shall have a guest list of 80 people and it will be held at the couple’s Bel Air home.
Dimitri is now in-charge of everything including the minute details like flowers and linens. But he is running everything by Jen and she on the other hand is confident of his expertise and his commitment that he would be very discreet about the whole thing.
