The Amazing Spider Man 3 Rumored Still in Production, Release Date Unknown, And More News!

There’s a lot going on behind the scenes at Marvel and Sony, as both studios have several projects on their hands right now that are all looking exciting and have drawn a lot of attention. Among those, we keep getting conflicting rumors about “The Amazing Spider-Man 3”, as the movie was first rumored to be in production, then it was claimed that it’s been canceled, and now the latest rumors indicate that the film is actually still being worked on and might really happen.

According to the latest rumors, the new film will still feature Andrew Garfield in the role of Spider-Man himself, as was previously claimed. In addition, Dane DeHaan might be coming back as Harry Osborn, if the same rumors are to be believed. However, it should be noted that those rumors are currently looking very questionable, as there have been conflicting reports regarding the main role in the new film.

There have been claims that Andrew Garfield will not in fact be playing in “The Amazing Spider-Man 3”, and considering that the movie itself is in such a questionable state right now, it’s difficult to figure out which rumors are true. For what it’s worth, Garfield himself hasn’t made any comments about the current state of the production of the film nor his involvement in it, so we don’t know anything on that front either.

We do know that Shailene Woodley has been asked about reprising her role as Mary Jane though, and the actress reportedly said yes. However, according to her, she hasn’t heard anything from the film’s production team, so she couldn’t say whether or not “The Amazing Spider-Man 3” is actually happening. However, one thing is clear from her statements – if the producers do ask her to play in the film, she would instantly be on board.

What can we take from all of this? While the production of “The Amazing Spider-Man 3” may or may not be happening right now, it’s clear that if the film’s producers do decide to go ahead with it, it would be done with a lot of love and a great deal of attention to what the franchise’s fans value. There still are plenty of people out there who would be glad to see a new “Spider-Man” movie, and even if Andrew Garfield doesn’t play the role of Peter Parker, the film could still end up quite successful if done right.

At this point, we can only wait for either studio to say something about the production, or for a more solid rumor to leak from the set. If any prominent actors get hired on the production, we might hear from them eventually.
