Estranged couple Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom appear to be moving towards the road where they can get back together again.
While there are still some reports that the “Keeping Up with the Kardashian” reality star has no plans of getting back together again with her former husband and NBA star, her recent actions and their latest meetings appear to indicate otherwise.
Christian Post cited from a magazine report that the two were seen together in a motel near the LA residence of Khloe Kardashian, which indicates that the estranged couple may be dating again and a possible reunification may be forthcoming.
However, the reality star denies any romantic goings on between her and Lamar, citing that she just agreed to meet her former husband to talk about and settle matters concerning their divorce.
In early January, the court has given Khloe 45 days within which to reply or file her intention to either go through with the divorce process all by herself or ultimately have the petition dismissed by the court.
It seems that the 45-day grace period has lapsed already and it is not clear what divorce matters Khloe wanted to talk to Lamar about.
She also admitted that in addition to talking about divorce issues, the two of them also discussed the possibility of getting back together again and work things out.
Apologetic and wants to reunite
A source close to Khloe says that when the former estranged couple had the opportunity to finally meet and talk in person, Lamar expressed his sincerest apologies to the 30-year-old reality star.
The NBA star reportedly begged Khloe to take him back again and promised to be a better husband than he was before when they got married in 2013. The source also disclosed that Lamar told Khloe that he has been very sober in terms of his womanizing ways for the past six months and that he is now a changed man.
The source did not elaborate on the details of how Khloe responded to Lamar’s offer of getting back together again or whether she believed that Lamar is already a changed person. But she did give Lamar access to her LA home after their meeting.
But before it gets misinterpreted into something romantic, which Khloe does not want to at this point, the source clarified that Lamar can visit Khloe at his home only in the morning and he’s not yet allowed to stay there overnight.
According to the insider, Lamar can actually stay in Khloe’s place longer only if she’s out of town or not around the place. The estranged couple has been very discrete with their arrangement thus far, and accordingly, Lamar only goes to Khloe’s home to get a few things as well as check on the place every now and then. He then leaves right away soon after.
