Power couple Beyonce and Jay Z have been all over the news over the weekend when Jay Z’s Roc Nation hosted its annual pre-Grammys brunch on February 7 and then again during the 57th Annual Grammy Awards on February 8.
They have been very sweet with one another as normal couples do particularly during the Grammys where Jay Z expressed all-out support to his wife, who went home with three major awards.
Beyonce was also nominated in the Album of the Year award but lost out to Beck Hansen. Kanye West would have done another Taylor Swift moment on stage during the Grammys because he felt again that Beyonce should have won but cut short his stage intrusion and decided to go back to his seat.
He eventually went on with his ranting after the awarding ceremonies during the post-event interviews citing that the Grammys has disrespected artists and that Beck should have given his Album of the Year award to Beyonce.
Jay Z and Beyonce left the Grammys and skipped the post-event press conference and simply allowed big winners Sam Smith and Beck to savor their moments.
Behind the public façade
But behind the public façade that the A-List celebrity couple is projecting, there seems to be trouble brewing in their marriage which revolves around trust issues.
Apparently, Beyonce is still reeling from the infidelity rumors that rock their marriage last year and she is now finding it difficult to trust her husband, cites Yahoo! News.
The infidelity rumors came to a boil last year when a video footage of Beyonce’s younger sister Solange was leaked showing her attacking Jay Z in an elevator.
More than what happened last year, a source close to the power couple said that Beyonce is still very suspicious of Jay Z and believes her husband is still hiding something. The source revealed to a British magazine that Beyonce thinks that there is a lot of going on with Jay Z that she is not privy to.
Beyonce has all the right to be suspicious, the source added, since Jay Z is always on his phone talking to someone, or texting someone whenever they’re together and if they’re at home, he locks himself in his office or talk for hours on the phone or simply be in front of his computer. He also secured his phones and computer with passwords and access codes to keep everything to himself that even Beyonce hardly knows a thing about his business.
The source also disclosed that Beyonce still wonders about the whereabouts of Jay Z or who he speaks or send text messages to for hours on end even when they’re together.
Public spat
Just last week, the two have been taken a candid snapshot of while they were in the middle of a public spat while having dinner with their three-year-old daughter Blue Ivy over at Sunset Boulevard.
The argument was no longer a surprise to people who already know the power couple because it has become part of their relationship since the infidelity issue broke out last year.
