4 Great Features Introduced in Android Nougat 7.0, New OS Comes with Excellent Improvements, And More!

These useful quick-reply options have been introduced in Hangouts and Messenger in particular. Android Nougat comes with improved toggles. You can bid farewell to third party toggle widgets. There are built-in toggles in Android Nougat which sit exactly above the notifications. You can just swipe down from the top of the screen to access it.

There are handy things included in the new toggles like Do Not Disturb, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. There are two toggle menus available; a quick one appears while swiping down and there is also a full menu with all available toggles when you press the down arrow located on the top right. The settings menu has been further revamped.

There is a search button on the upper right corner which allows you to dig through your system settings easily. Android Nougat comes with file-based encryption. In earlier Android Operating Systems, the phone gets encrypted using full-disk encryption.

However, in the new Android version, every file gets individually encrypted, which ultimately gives rise to a powerful security system. The system updates will be smaller, faster and install times are quicker.

Meanwhile, reports indicate that Google is releasing Android Nougat 7.0 to Android One devices. The update has been released two weeks after Android N’s availability on Nexus devices. GSMArena reported that a Cherry Mobile G1 user already received it.
