2017 Mercedes Benz E-Class to Raise the Bar Much Higher for Future Luxury Cars!

The headlights of the 2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class also showed a significant improvement, as each light is now composed of 84 pieces of LEDs. These LEDs are equipped with a multibeam adaptive light system which adjusts the amount of light emitted according to the road situation.

The luxury sedan also has the Vehicle-to-X communication which allows the car to communicate with a central server, which will already be pre-installed on the vehicle upon delivery. The feature would allow the car to exchange information about road and traffic conditions with other cars that are nearby.

The 2017 E-Class also has the Evasive Steering Assist, which is an extra steering input that will help the driver as he tries to avoid hitting a pedestrian or any danger that the car detects in front of it. And like most modern vehicles of today, the luxury sedan also has the built-in Collision Prevention System that automatically applies brakes on the car when needed.

It also has the Speed Limit Pilot which enables the car to use the data from the camera or car navigation, which can then set the appropriate speed limit for the car. So depending on available data, the speed limit can vary accordingly.
