2016 Chevrolet Camaro Seeks to Regain Top Spot in Sports Car Segment

And quite naturally, the retail price would go higher depending on the engine variant although at this point, GM or Chevrolet has yet to make any announcement regarding the market price of the 2016 Camaro when it officially rolls out to the market a few months down the road.

GM Lansing regional plant manager Mike Trevorrow said that the Grand River’s plant of more than 1,500 employees have the type of experience needed in mass producing the 2016 Chevrolet Camaro regardless of the start-up date.

He added that GM’s investment and production target for the 2016 Chevrolet Camaro is always a positive sign for the community and the workforce so they are always ready to take on any kind of volume because that’s work for the employees and earnings for their families.

GM has also announced that it would be investing $520 million for tooling and equipment to support future new vehicles at its Lansing Delta Township assembly plant, which is part of its $5.4 billion capital expenditure plan to improve all its US plants over the next three years.
