2016 Apple MacBook Pro Now Rumored to Join the Latest Apple iPhones in its September Launching!

Just like the Apple Watch 2, the 2016 Apple MacBook Pro was a no-show during the recently concluded Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2016 held in San Diego, California.

The American tech giant’s latest laptop line has been touted to be launched as early as October last year along with the rumored 2016 Apple MacBook Air.

When the laptop lines did not come out at all last year, the rumors said that it would possibly be launched in Apple’s March event. But the “Let Us Loop You In” event of Apple on March 21 only unveiled the Apple iPad Pro 9.7-inch but not the Apple Watch 2 or the 2016 Apple MacBook Pro and the 2016 Apple MacBook Air.

Subsequently, the rumors about the 2016 MacBook Air started dying down especially with reports coming out that Apple has already decided to discontinue the line after it launched the new Apple MacBook in March last year, which really makes good business sense.

From henceforth, it was only the 2016 Apple MacBook Pro that has remained in the rumor mills. Just like the Apple Watch 2, it was also touted to come out in June this year at Apple’s WWDC 2016 event but apparently that did not happen.

Thus, the 2016 Apple MacBook Pro shall likely be launched at the next Apple event in September, which is the normal time when the American tech giant launches its latest iPhones.

That being said, there are now four major gadgets from Apple that are expected to see the light of day in September and these are the iPhone 7, the iPhone 7 Plus, the Apple Watch 2, and the 2016 Apple MacBook Pro.

However, all these remain as speculations pending the confirmation from Apple. What seems certain in September is the launching of the latest iPhones. The Apple Watch 2 and the 2016 Apple MacBook Pro are still big question marks for the event.

Leaked photos of the 2016 Apple MacBook Pro

Based on the spy shots of the rumored 2016 Apple MacBook Pro that made the rounds online, the latest laptop from the Cupertino-based tech company would feature an OLED touchpad in place of the function keys in its previous lineup.

The leaks paved the way for rumors that the next MacBook Pro device could possibly make use of touch-based function keys to give its users more workspace, reports Game & Guide.

The image also showed new hinges on the device that reportedly came from Ampenol, the same company that supplies the same part from Microsoft’s Surface Pro tablets.

According to critics, assuming that leaks are on target, it is possible that Apple may be adopting the same hinges in order to have better flexibility and have an even thinner 2016 Apple MacBook Pro.

Two main variants

While the no-show of the 2016 Apple MacBook Pro at the WWDC 2016 disappointed many expecting consumers, there are also a good number of users who believe that the company decided to push back the launching of its latest laptop line to make sure that it comes out really great.

They also believe that the rumors about Apple already doing away with the 2016 MacBook Air and the 2016 MacBook Pro are not on target and that the netbook may have already been done with but not the laptop.

2016 Apple Macbook Pro

Apple is said to be working on two main variants for the 2016 MacBook Pro including a 13-inch model as well as a 15-inch variant, notes Movie News Guide.

Based on previous reports, Apple is set to give the 2016 MacBook Pro a major redesign to finally satisfy the wishes of long-suffering upgraders-in-waiting.

Latest reports indicate that the 2016 MacBook Pro is going to be a mid-range device that will come out cheaper than its predecessors.
