Jill and Jessa are still going forward with their own show as we said above, and they are about to air its second episode in about a week. It looks like the efforts of the producers to bring a more positive light to the situation have been paying off to some extent, as the show has been getting relatively good reception.
All in all, it looks like “19 Kids and Counting” caused a lot of drama for this family. It’s true that the cheating of Josh was still at the core of things and the situation would have never been gotten to that point if it weren’t for him, but the publicity certainly didn’t help.
Some people have been critical of the show for this reason, claiming it was a bad influence on the private life of the family and that it probably contributed to the negative outcome of their relationship.
But as many people keep pointing out, the fact that Josh was being dishonest in that relationship was most definitely the main contributing factor and it’s not very wise to blame the situation on anything else at this point. Let’s wait and see where things will end up in the long run with regards to Josh and Anna, as this is what many people are most worried about right now.
