Anna and Josh Duggar from “19 Kids and Counting” have been in a difficult situation for a while now, but it looks like things might be clearing up for them in the future, as Anna has finally made a decision regarding her marriage. The two of them ran into a lot of trouble once it came to light that Josh had been cheating on his wife, and they went through a difficult phase in which Anna had to think hard about whether she wanted to stay married or not.
Now, she has apparently finally made her decision, and while we don’t know exactly what she has decided to do, it sounds like she might have been more positively minded about the situation in the end. According to reports, she had a long talk with her husband Josh in which they discussed everything about the situation, from his reasons for cheating to how they could move forward from this, and there was a lot of emotion in that talk.
In the end, she apparently made up her mind about it all, but we don’t know what she could have decided to do. Things seem relatively positive at a glance, but it’s always difficult to say when it comes to a complex family situation like this, especially when cheating is on the table. Josh and Anna have been somewhat public with the details of their relationship until now, but currently they seem to be trying to keep everything a bit more private. Which is understandable, as they have an important decision to make and it’s something that doesn’t have to be dissected by the public eye under a microscope.
Sources allegedly close to the couple have said that the two of them had a lot to go over in their talk, and it sounds like there might be more to come too. But if Anna has already made up her mind about the situation, then we are likely going to hear about her decision sooner or later, and this will probably bring some additional focus on them.
This is exactly what the couple is seemingly worried about right now – they don’t want to bring too much attention to their situation, and they apparently just want to get the issue resolved without having people looking over their shoulder all the time. At this point, this might be a bit more difficult for them as they’ve already managed to focus quite a lot of attention on their situation.
The show as a whole went through relatively poorly, not just because of this issue but more, and it’s not clear if the producers behind it would ever attempt anything similar. Currently, another show is trying to bring a more positive light to the situation and it attempts to look at the problems of the Duggar family from another angle, and that show has been moving forward somewhat successfully.
Other than that, it’s been reported that Anna has been staying away from Josh before they had their talk, and she has been trying to isolate herself from the situation to the best of her abilities so that she can make an adequate decision by herself. Josh, in the meantime, has been getting treatment for his problems and he’s expected to continue his treatment course for at least a couple more months. Whether or not this will have any effect is of course too early to say.
