We’ve recently seen Jessica Simpson in an advertising campaign for a swimsuit, which was met with lots of positive responses from her fans and critics alike. And while it was obvious that she had lost a lot of weight and was doing great in this regard, her participation in the campaign was apparently not just meant to show that. She is now trying her hands in the world of fashion design, and this was apparently a move meant to promote her and boost her popularity in that area.
Her newest 2015 spring-summer collection for 2015 shows various clever design elements, and an overall southwest theme can be sensed as strongly prevalent through the whole collection. Interested buyers can get the set at Nordstrom or directly online, and it cost around $100 depending on the specific selection.
All in all, it’s actually a good offer for the overall quality of the swimsuit and the name of its designer, and we’re excited to see if Jessica Simpson plans to make any more interesting releases in the same tone. Judging by current rumors, she might be coming out with more clothes to show very soon, so we may get to see her name in the press quite often in the coming weeks/months.
Meanwhile, her personal trainer Harley Pasternak shared some insight into the kind of regime the star follows in order to maintain her current body. Pasternak has a very strong reputation in his field, as he also supervises the diets of Megan Fox, Ariana Grande and other celebrities, and he’s known as a strict professional who knows exactly what he’s doing.
His methods obviously work too, as is evident in the results of his clients, and it’s interesting to note that he basically has his advertising cut out for him as his clients are doing all the work for him in this regard. When talking about the diets that they’re following, he emphasized the importance of balancing different nutrients. He went on to add that he doesn’t like to limit people’s food intake too much in general.
He acknowledges that people need to eat and love to eat, but he’s trying to get his clients to limit the intake of sugar and at the same time eat enough protein, fiber and fat in order to keep their bodies in a good working condition. Fat can be particularly important for maintaining a good diet, and it’s good to see that personal trainers are putting enough emphasis on it instead of spreading the misconception that fat needs to be avoided.
