Celebrity couple Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher legally tied the knot in private ceremonies at the Secret Garden at the Parrish Ranch in Oak Glen, California on July 4.
The event was one of the biggest secret weddings in showbiz as it was only attended by a select number of relatives, friends, and guests of the couple.
Apart from being extremely private, secluded and beautiful, the venue seems to be like a distant place from Los Angeles. The couple also wanted to keep the wedding ceremonies secret, but they were not able to keep it for long though.
While the wedding came out to many of their fans as sort of a happy surprise, there were reports indicating that Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher were already legally married even before the July 4 matrimonial rites, notes Harpers Bazaar.
It would appear that the wedding was just the formality because as early as last year, around the time after the birth of their baby daughter Wyatt Isabelle, there have already been reports that Ashton and Mila have secretly married.
The Mirror actually came out with a report stating that even before the couple’s Fourth of July marriage, Mila was already referring to Ashton as her husband in a previous interview.
The outlet actually counted the number of times that Mila referred to Ashton as her husband to be three times during her interview with the Telegraph, thus lending credence to the reports that they were already married even before July 4.
Those three times in the interview included the moment when Mila said that she and her husband always backpack through Europe. She also said that she is a democrat and her husband is a democrat. She also talked about dressing up for Halloween and she said that she went as a pig and her husband also went as a pig.
Relaxed wedding
A source who was able to attend the Fourth of July wedding of Ashton and Mila disclosed that the 31-year-old actress was wearing a strapless dress with her hair pulled back. Wyatt was also at the event wearing a white dress.
The couple was said to be quite relaxed during their big day at the altar and there was really no telling that they were preparing to tie the knot. Guests were housed on luxury tents on the ranch grounds. The wedding celebration apparently lasted until the following morning as after everyone danced and had a great time on the evening of July 4, a casual farewell brunch was also served on guests before they all went home.
The newlyweds then set up a sign that reads Camp KuKu referring to the first two letters of their surnames, Kutcher, and Kunis.
Working on second baby
After their secret wedding, Ashton and Mila drove off in an RV to celebrate their honeymoon at the Yosemite National Park. They were spotted checking in at the historic Ahwahnee Hotel, along with their nine-month-old daughter Wyatt.
The hotel dates back to 1927 but it features a splendid view of several popular Yosemite attractions, including the Half Dome, the Glacier Point, and the Yosemite Falls.
An eyewitness, who posted several pictures of the newlyweds and their daughter on Twitter, also saw Ashton’s wedding band as the couple had lunch in an outdoor table.
Prior to their recent secret wedding, reports came out last month that the couple is trying actively to have a second baby following their daughter who is just about to turn a year old this coming September 2015.
According to recent reports, the 37-year-old actor and his 31-year-old actress-wife both believe that it is about time to give Wyatt a sibling.
The couple loves parenthood and what it brought to their lives especially with the birth of their adorable little daughter last year and they believe that they can be happier with another baby in the family pretty soon.
Mila is so pushy toward Ashton about a divorce from Demi, pregnancy, wedding. I’m just at odds with this woman’s strange communication style. Demi didn’t do anything despite her announcement of intention to end their unconventional marriage after Sara scandal. Then Mila came along and Ashton filed for a divorce from Demi soon. Isn’t this the definition of a house wrecker? I think It’s healthy to have some break after a relationship ends. It’s great that they have a baby together but that shouldn’t be the reason for a marriage. I get that Mila found her love of life and has a baby with him so now wants a marriage (security) – it’s normal but don’t be too manipulating about it. And Ashton – after that divorce battle – really? A child wishes her parents aren’t together instead of watching them fight all the time when she realizes her parents aren’t just compatible. She still loves her parents no matter what.
