Two seasons ago, after a falling out with Abby Lee Miller, sisters Paige and Brooke Hyland left the series with their mother Kelly. Chloe Lukasiak and her mother Christi also left “Dance Moms” to join another studio.
However, the return of dance leader Abby Lee Miller remains ambiguous following her statements made during the reunion episode of “Dance Moms” shown recently.
It is likely that Season’s 5 guest dancers will evolve to become regulars in the show for Season 6 of “Dance Moms” and it is expected that most of the current cast members will stick around too.
Despite rumors of packing their bags after Season 5, Nia Frazier and her mother Holly will return. And so are Jojo and her mother Jessalyn Siwa, Kalani Hilliker and her mom Kira Gerard, as well as Kendall and her mother Jill Vertes.
But Maddie Ziegler might find it difficult to return because of her booming acting and modeling careers. Even if her sister Mackenzie is asked to return for the show’s Season 6, her mother Melissa might find it difficult to play the doting parent that she is when they’re apart. As such, if Maddie does not return for the next season of “Dance Moms,” Mackenzie will not be back as well.
That’s too bad. She must be paying them or something because she was wildly unpopular. And no offense to her kid but what is wrong with her? The show won’t be watched if Cathy or Abby are still on it. People want to see the cool moms.
She would be worse than Abby and that’s saying a lot. Since Abby’s crybaby flip out in season four, calling the cops for someone pulling her hair after she clearly assaulted Kelly, no one has liked her on the show. Who ever goes on the show next they’ll be her and Melissa’s best friends.
I think there should be another season of Abby’s Ultimate Dance Competition. The first 2 seasons were very entertaining and produced 2 ALDC regulars. (Kalani and Jojo) Season 3 could produce at least 2 or 3 great dancers.
