Amid persistent rumors that their marriage is on the rocks, Amber Heard appears to be doing things that say otherwise. She just recently had her surname changed to Depp, to show to Johnny that she is into the marriage for the long term and not just for publicity purposes. However, she retained her official surname as an actress for the obvious professional reasons.
She also took the extra effort of bonding with Johnny’s family including taking his son Jack to Disneyland recently.
Amber reportedly made a significant stride to mend her supposed rocky marriage with Johnny Depp by spending some family bonding time with the 13-year-old Jack in Disneyland, even as Johnny continues his filmmaking in Australia for “Pirates of the Caribbean 5,” reports iSchoolguide.
Jack is the second child of Johnny by former partner Vanessa Paradis. Their first born is 16-year-old Lily Rose.
The blonde beauty seemed to have tone down from her usual jaw-dropping wardrobe by wearing a simple white T-shirt and mom jeans while spending stepmom bonding time with Jack.
The two apparently enjoyed time at Anaheim in California as they were seen going into the park’s ride accompanied by a tour guide. Amber also looked animated to have the time with Jack as she was all smiles the whole time.
Learning more about the other person
Despite reports of continuous fights and bickerings between Johnny and Amber, it seems that the marriage of the celebrity couple has started to get better. There are lesser fights between the two these days and they are now seemed happier and comfortable being married.
In a recent interview, the 29-year-old Amber Heard said that she is very happy to be married to Johnny Depp. She said that her sense of being who she is did not change during the marriage or while they were in the relationship. The better and fascinating part of the marriage is that they get to learn more about the other person.
She adds that she has come to have a better understanding of Johnny Depp now that they are married and she is certain that Johnny feels the same way too.
Amber said that marriage actually did not change anything between her and Johnny because they have known each other very well and now enjoy the time they spend together, notes The Hamilton Spectator.
She also said that being married has not forced her to give up her freedom because marriage is a choice one makes to share his or her life with someone. Amber says that she is still very free and happily married at the same time.
Fearless attitude
The “Magic Mike XXL” actress states that her fearless attitude is one of her most appealing qualities that endeared him both to Johnny and to her family and close friends.
She explains that she has always been a very curious and open-minded person because that’s what drives her in life. The desire to live independently and as fearlessly as she can is what defines her best and the quality that draws some people to her too.

The Australian Agriculture Minister Barnaby Joyce, upon learning of the presence of the two dogs, who came with the celebrity couple onboard their private jet to the Gold Coast, threatened to kill the pets if they are not sent back to the US.
The threat was more than enough to send Amber Heard and her two dogs packing back to Los Angeles even as Johnny Depp have apparently spent over $300,000 to charter a Challenger 604 jet to bring his wife and pets to safety.
