Thank goodness for her LDS faith and the fact that Heavenly Father was paying attention and delivered her from the trap she was caught in. The whole family was in peril but now are safe and sound. Evil doers try to ensnare the righteous and faithful, but they always fail, as in this case. Meri was without fault or sin, so was protected. In the end everything works together for those who are good shielded by belief’s and holy living. Polygamy saved Meri through the strong family ties and love.
