The latest season wasn't good content in any sense, and it did end at not quite a cliffhanger so much as a bad ending (apart from the Halo soldiers - which definitely looked interesting). There was a "forced / non-organic" feel to most of it.

Still, it'll be interesting to see the ending the creators had planned for... many seasons in the future, pulled together in six episodes.

(I hope they don't try to force the ending too much though. A cool impactful ending is good, but only if it makes sense - they might want to rethink stuff some, rather than commit to the original ending they had planned)

I really liked this show because they are exploring difficult issues like when are corporations evil and when are they good and what controls do they need? Or when is it better to kill the terrorist who might live to kill thousands and not wonder whether a monster was just created by trying to prevent one? (Ends justify the means). I really loved the speech Kiera gave to her grandmother who was thinking about having an abortion. Of course Kiera has a vested interest but since she knew what could happen she could tell her grandmother that if she has a baby the home will be filled with love and everything would work out. That's great TV.

But I think back to the future plots can get convoluted and messy and ridiculous so I hope they can wrap things up in six episodes.
