Bethesda is a company v close to my heart , every single release I enjoy and have spent the upwards of 1500+ hours playing their masterpieces.

I am glad they are taking the modest approach and not boasting about something that is not nearly ready , as you would have every gamer asking for a release date that would be rushed and bug ridden costing the company face.

I was very concerned about the direction of ES with ESO by Zenimax , and yes I know ESO was an MMO and to some extent works well as an MMO but but felt could never capture the essence of the Elder Scrolls Series.

I will patiently wait for what I know is going to be a massive masterpiece , and it would be a dream come true as an indy developer to one day join the ranks on the Bethesda dev team

Well if we look back at the past there was a 5 year gap between Oblivion and Skyrim, and work for Skyrim started not long after Oblivion got released. Also if we factor in fallout releases, Fallout 3 came out 2 years after Oblivion.

So in my opinion we wont see anything about Elder Scrolls 6 end 2016 mid 2017, the game probably exists but still in development as no doubt a lot of attention was on the final development of Fallout 4 and its post-release development (add-ons, patches & fixes stuff like that)

That logic is flawed, a new title costs about $60 roughly (without factoring in tax). If you were truly a fan of two series of games with releases, even if you couldn't afford it at the moment, would probably pick it up later. It doesn't take much to save up $60 for a game lol.

I don't think it would be a good time to release a Elder Scrolls 6 now. Give Fallout a few years and then release the next Bethesda game would be ideal. They might make more money that way.
