People are not more interested in shooters set in the future or “modern games” Why do you think Hardline took such a dive? People actually like old warfare just look at Bad company 2, BF3, BF4 – these games are great, Hardline was pretty average and every COD after MW2 and Black Ops 1 has been an absolute flop. I would love to hear where you got the idea that people like these games more than games based on WW1 and WW2. The shooter market hasn’t changed at all, there are different ideas sure, but one thing is for sure, futuristic shooters have been the biggest let down of the last 2 years which is why BF should return to WW1-WW2 style.
